Chilling Developments

So it's been 95 degrees and ridiculously humid. I'm talking instant sweat the second you go outside. It's hard to handle as we haven't had a day over 90 degrees in over a year up here. (Global Warming? WHAT global warming?!?) Then to make it even more fun for myself, I take a trip down to Oklahoma for a few days where it's 105. I come back to Wisconsin and wake up the next morning to...... 65 degrees? Yep! It had dropped all the way back down to the 60s, and was in the 50s overnight. We went to my son's baseball game and people had sweatshirts and blankets on. It was once again a beautiful fall day--only this time at the end of June!

So now no one knows what to wear, what to expect or what to do. The kids can't play in the pool. We've had to pull out our jackets again. Some people have turned their furnaces back on.

Me? I'm watching hockey videos from this last season. I may as well get totally into the spirit of the "season."

Jingle bells, jingle bells......
